– Mixing time: it has 40 minutes to mix and apply the product. Handling time: 3 hours. Hardening time: after 12 hours resists 100 kg/cm2.
– Shear tensile strength (according to EN standard 1465): 160 kg/ cm2 (24 hours, 23ºC, steel). Temperature resistance: from -30ºC to + 150ºC. Dielectric strength (A 53030): 10,5kv/mm.
– Expansivity: (A 53126) 6,43 x 10-5. Thermal conductivity coefficient: (A 92202) 0,15kcal/h.m.ºC. Resistance to liquids: waterproof, oil and usual solvents. Also resistant to dilute acids and alkalis.
– It does not contain solvents and does not alter its volume when hardening. Product color: Grey. Mixing and handling times can be sped up if large amounts of product are mixed. Adheres to iron, steel, stainless steel, chrome steel, nickel plated steel, aluminum, copper, brass, tin and lead. Also suitable for glass, cristal, fiberglass, plastics, wood, marble and cement. Pattex Nural 21 handle, permanently repairs and refills. Once hardened it can be sanded, polished, treaty, machined and painted. Ideal for plugging cracks and pipes, tanks and metal parts.
